1. Search the registry for the word desktop
2. This should bring you to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / CLSID / {00021400...
3. Create a new string named "MenuShowDelay" (without the quotes)
4. Edit the new string to a value from 1-10, where 1 is the fastest
