Disabling the Right-Click on the Start Button

This modification is good for administration of multiple users. After completing this modification, right-clicking the Start button will do nothing. This also disables use of the Windows key in conjunction with the E (Explorer) and F (Find) keys on some newer keyboards. You may want to export these two sections if you wish to restore them later.
1. HKey_Classes_Root \ Directory \ Shell
2. Expand section 'Shell' so that you see the folder 'Find'
3. Delete 'Find' along with all of it's contents
4. HKey_Classes_Root \ Folder
5. Expand section 'Folder'
6. Delete 'Explore' and 'Open' along with all of their contents
